All specs and allowances are subject to change, at the builder’s discretion, until a final contract is signed.

Change Orders

The buyer may with approval of the Builder and without invalidating this Agreement, order changes in the work consisting of additions, deletions, or modifications, and the Purchase Price shall be adjusted accordingly. All such changes in the work, as well as any additional cost or credit to the Buyer shall be determined by mutual agreement evidenced by a written change order, (“change order”), signed by both Buyer and Seller. The additional charge shall be paid prior to implementation of any such change. Builder shall have the right to decline a requested change.

Notes

Buyer may select items not yet installed, purchased and/or completed, or in the process of being completed. Tile purchased which demands more labor due to its nature or design will be an upgrade. Selections must be made within the supplied timetable. When timetable is not adhered to, the builder reserves the right to make selections. Any vented equipment is extra for labor and materials, and any and all bath accessories, including mirrors and shower doors, are the responsibility of the buyer. Any optional items must be attached to the purchase and sale agreement in the form of an addendum which outlines their cost. Any options which are added “at cost” will be billed directly from the vendor, and they must be paid at the time deemed appropriate by that vendor. If upgrades are made and charged to Kendall Homes (with prior permission) a surcharge for administration will be charged and no warranties shall apply to the products. No “outside” vendors are to be used prior to closing. Final exterior styling is at the sole discretion of Kendall Homes, Inc. Please review selection sheets from Kendall Homes, Inc., which provide the most up-to-date information and shall supersede any other information in marketing package or brochures.
